YB is comprised of two separate, yet synergistic entities: YB Development, LLC and YB Construction Services, Inc. Each is owned equally by Boaz Miodovsky and Yaniv Malka, as individuals. YB Development, LLC/YB Construction Services develops, owns and/or sells apartment, condominium and residential mixed-use projects, which primarily target the upper-middle income buyer/renter segment of the market.  In addition, YB has expanded its business plan to include low-income/affordable housing throughout the Los Angeles Area.

YB Construction Services, Inc. is a licensed construction firm, which builds projects for YB Development and for third-party owners, primarily within Los Angeles County. Los Angeles County is in the midst of an urban housing crisis. These urban infill areas are characterized by rapidly escalating housing prices driven by the scarcity of developable land and a continuous growth in demand for housing units of all types, and where minimal new residential construction has occurred during the past decade. This current housing imbalance is not only due to the scarcity of developable land, but also as a result of community “no growth” initiatives and the resultant high barriers to entry imposed by local governments. YB Development/YB Construction Services targets development and construction opportunities, primarily within Los Angeles County, by identifying and securing un-entitled and entitled sites for residential and residential/mixed-use projects in urban areas which demonstrate the characteristics delineated above, and delivers quality housing of all types to buyers and renters who seek to participate in the contemporary, urban lifestyle in centralized locations within the County. YB Development/YB Construction Services has become well known and highly regarded for its continuous record of success in real estate construction and project development.
